Overview
 Course Description

An in depth program consisting of  four 90-minute modules, deliverable either in-person or virtually.  Designed to bring team leaders and their teams up to a functional level of competence in the art of virtual teaming.  Participants learn the building blocks of teaming in a dispersed environment, augmented by industry best practices.  Realistic case studies challenge participants to put knowledge to use in creative ways to tackle various virtual teaming situations.
