 Course Description

Managers in matrixed environments face unique challenges in decision making, people management and relationship building. In this 2-hour interactive class, managers and others responsible for the performance of matrixed teams will review organizational basics and then focus on specific challenge areas to increase their success in this complex environment. A realistic mini case study is included, followed by an exploration of industry best practices.
