| | | | | | | | You Will Learn How To The course has 2 parts: - Part A: In this 1-day highly interactive session, participants first learn how to use basic change management tools. They cover best practices on successfully managing change risk, as well as reducing the depth and duration of productivity losses. Attendees learn how to prepare employees and stakeholders to understand and embrace an IT change program within their company. Within 30 days of completing Part A, participants will conduct change readiness interviews with employees and key stakeholders at their company to determine the organization’s readiness for change.
- Part B: Participants will regroup in 30-days for a ½-day session to learn how to analyze and convert interview data collected into conclusions and targeted action plans for mitigating IT change risks.
