AS1: Tools for Efficiently Assessing Organizational Health Print E-mail
Course DC965 - 2 hours
Overview
 Course Description

Organizations are unique entities with unique problems.  Managers usually have little bandwidth or budget to dig deeply into organizational issues and assess every detail to get to the heart matters.  This interactive 2-hour course gives managers an approach and a set of tools to use to diagnose organizational challenges promptly, without having to wade through reams of data and getting lost in the bushes.  Participants are shown the basic premise behind the approach and are given tactics to diagnose organizational problems in specific areas.  A mini case study allows participants to put ideas into practice, leaving them with a compact but useful tool kit for conducting assessments of their own.
