This robust four-day workshop provides the participants with a clear understanding of the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) process. It provides techniques that can be used to achieve high quality software that meets or exceeds customer requirements. It also focuses on the quality requirements and goals for CMM, CMMI, and ISO 9001.

Classroom exercises throughout the workshop provide hands-on experience in applying the information presented. We will actually start developing a Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP) in the classroom. The workshop provides valuable information and techniques that can be brought back to the organization and implemented immediately.

This course is 4 days of lecture and individual and group workshops presented in an interactive format. Real world examples are utilized to make the information relevant. Throughout this course, learned skills are practiced using exercises based on the information presented and on the current needs of the attendees. The emphasis is on techniques that allow attendees to transition the skills learned in this workshop to their own work environments.
